Enjoy Private or Semi-Private classes/lessons personally with Silvia at the studio, if you can't make it

 or want to practice from your home - No Problem - choose between Live Stream (broadcast) and In-House lessons. Call email if you can't sign-up through this page. 


Weekly classes:

Mondays: Myofascial Release with Yoga | Tuesdays and Thursdays Integrative & Balance Yoga with Silvia are taught from the Yoga Center (in-house) and/or via Broadcast/live-stream.


Live in-house only: Becky B. yoga classes: Wednesdays 5.30pm-6.30pm. 3 ways to join her class by calling her 715.853.3909 via email bjpingel@yahoo.com or sign up for class on this site.


Monthly classes:

Once a week 4 weeks requires a minimum 4 students and registration

Back Care Yoga: Monday's or Thursdays 5.30pm-6.45pm 

"Breathe" Connect to your Energy and tap into your fountain of youth. 4:30pm

Alignment Yoga with Silvia - Improve your Posture 4:30pm

Myofascial Yoga with Silvia: 4 sessions $55 - summer special require within 

 4 sessions - $55(under Packages) 


Students who have a Wellness-Package, Memberships, Class Package can use their monthly subscription and join classes as long as the. class is a go. 


Wellness-Program:

"Overcome Anxiety" experience change / measurable result - 4 session, meets every other week. each modules built up on the other; small group or private by appointment or inquire only.

Integrative Yoga -

Yoga for Back-Care

Discover the 4-week Yoga Therapy program! Each session of 90 minutes elevate your back care with self-regulating yoga tools. Strengthen and stretch your lower body with expert guidance. Perfect for beginners and open to all. Just ensure you can stand up from the floor independently. Prior to enrolling, consult your healthcare provider or yoga therapist if you have health concerns.
