Our Story:
A car accident in 1995 inspired Silvia V. the founder of WYctr to look
deeper into Yoga and to study “Professional Yoga Therapy” for healing
her back pain. She found passion for “Yoga Therapy” which focus on all
layers of being “the whole being”. Her Vision became to make Yoga
Accessible for people with Injuries and Accidents.
What are the layers of being? They are called Kosha’s.. There are five
Kosha’s: Physical-, Energy-, Mental-, Breath- and Wisdom Body. The
practice of Yoga influences the 5 element: Fire, Earth, Water, Air and
Ether which is part of Ayurveda; the sister science of Yoga and can not
be ignored with Yoga Therapy balancing the homeostatic ‘Whole-
Being”.
This is how she was inspired to implement the 5 elements in the logo.
She used to teach at many different locations and at public schools.
After an inspiration and with the universe guidance she acquired and
renovated the building on 138 S. Main Street with her husband. They
opened Wholistic Yoga Center in 2013.

“Yoga” is accessible for people with Accident and Injuries incorporat-
ing Therapeutic Yoga Solution creating Health & Well-Being through
USA and Europa with structured individual tailored Yoga Therapy
programs.

and base of healing. The five elements are: Fire, Earth, Eather, Water and
Air. The 5 Kosha’s are: Annamaja Kosha~Physical-, Pranayama
Kosha~Energy + Breath, Manajama Kosha~Mental-, Vijnanamanda
Kosha~Wisdom Body, Intution, Anandamaya Kosha~Bliss Body, Joy,

The five Elements are part of Ayurveda..
Ayurveda is the sister Science to Yoga. Each Yoga pose increase or
decrease the elements which also effects your Dosha Vata/Pitta/Kapha,
