The Spring, or Vernal Equinox, occurs in the Northern Hemisphere on March 20 this year (2017). Rejuvinated and at easeBy nature I am a sceptic but my wife talked me into trying yoga. I found Sylvia and i have to say she is amazing. i go through the 'regenerative' sessions and i admit I’m no longer a sceptic. after each session i feel rejuvenated and at ease...... amazing.........simply put... amazing.....
