Guest Workshop Instructor: “Gong & Kundalini” Certified RYT 200 Kundalini Yoga Instructor “Rebeca Dereene” She completed her 220 hours of training in Spring 2010 at Kundalini Yoga in the Loop, Chicago and has taken one advanced Level II Kundalini Yoga training for another 60 hours. She has taught at local wellness centers and other locations mostly in NE WI but travels occasionally. Rebeca believes everyone can benefit from Kundalini Yoga as long as they can breathe! First time Visit? Things you need to know …..all Students must sign a waiver (on-line or in person) prior to practice Yoga at the Studio. Up to this day the practice of traditional Yoga In India will start with chanting and/or Meditation. Today all Yoga classes at Wholistic Yoga Center start with a 3-5 Minute Meditation, if Chanting is included in the class we will have it in the class description or listed in the class outline. If you do not want to be adjusted from the Yoga Teacher or maybe you want to share some health issues, please let the Instructor know prior to class beginning •Bring your own Yoga Mat if you have one otherwise you may use Yoga Mats that we provide at the studio. •Fallow the Yoga Etiquette•listen and fallow the Teachers direction. If for any reason you can not practice a yoga pose go into child-pose or resting pose until you feel comfortable to continue. more ……

I am a big proponent in the body-acceptance and body-positivity movement. I want to help students love the skin that they are in and find harmony within themselves.
